How late do you work on your truck?

usually work till dark, maybe a little past, gets old clenching a maglight in your teeth.

Go to any sporting goods store and get a headlamp. they are like $20. and put out alot of light. light goes everywhere you look and hands free

I highly recommend a headlamp. I've got a Petzel LED/Halogen and it's invaluable if you work after dark.

*Just noticed someone else suggested the same thing. I still recommend a good lamp though. A good one will hold up to most knocks your head will provide.

Gotta stop when it gets dark cos i havn't got any access to lights where my truck is parked.
When i first saw this thread i wasn't too interested. Then I saw how many replies it got and so now i really enjoyed reading how all you guys have such tolerant neighbours. V lucky.
we've got noise restriction laws in towns and the noise police come calling.

Our family has a shop...i used to stay out there and work all night and stilll be there at 7 am and clock back in and go back to work. Can't do it anymore...i'd pass out mid-day, so i usually go home when i can't think straight anymore, sometime around 12am.

there were times my friends and I would work till we saw daylight. during the summer with the almost 100 degree days, and the cool 60 degree nights.

the worst part was my neighbor would join us sometimes, so I really did not worry about it too much.
