How many of you use your blazer as a daily driver?

I drive my 84 Blazer quite a bit. but the lack of air conditioning relegates it to the barn during the summer. I made the mistake of driving it from Missouri to Colorado last summer and almost got heat stroke driving across Kansas.

but I do love the fuel mileage I get with that 6.2l diesel. around 18-20mpg on the highway. much better than my 2006 F150.
That wasnt heat stroke,, you were in kansas. You were just fallin asleep:)

I dd something from my fleet every day.

I DD my K5 all the time. Its either that, or the 67 Fairlane.
Last summer I had a 55 miles of interstate for my commute, and my K5 handled it just fine.
Its a bone stock 84. It has been in the family since 84 though, so i know exactly how it was taken care of (well)
although being parked under a tree for 7 years murdered the paint

Daily drove my 76 Jimmy for 2 years. Just recently parked it (past year) and started tinkering with it more than driving it.

Once I have a few things done, I'm sure I will be daily driving it for everything close again. I love my Camaro... But something about a smog legal 400 sbc with 3" true duals on 35's with a 3 speed that has no business being on the freeway... Makes my pants tingle.
