How to remove trim, molding, and glass on a Suburban? Prepping for paint.

Me too. Having it be so close really increases the anticipation! If i wake up on time tomorrow i will probably go down tomorrow before work to check on it.

Well, they had the roof painted. The rest is supposed to be done today before they go home.

Still very exciting! First time the roof has been one color in about 15 years or more!

Your paint job is going to look great...that's going to be one nice looking Suburban...

looks good.. not a favorite color of mine, but it looks like they did a decent job.... yay for you! :pimp:

Thanks! The lame part is I'm going out of town this weekend so I can't even play with it till next week!

looks good.... doesn't look like there's much peel and the metallics are nice and even...

congrats! :D

Youo are right. The orange peel is minimal and the metallic is very even. As I expected there are several specs of dust in the paint but it's nothing you notice till your right up on it. It's exactly the paint job I hoped to get. It looks great for a driver but not show quality. More than anything, it's straight now and its all one color!
