How to spray your K5 interior with Al's Liner

5 or 6 Gallons

If you do that, I'll throw in another gun for ya. 4 or more gallon orders get a free gun! :D

I'm looking at doing a long bed chevy, 80 model and the inside of my fullsize Jimmy. Would 5 or 6 gallong be enough? Also, on your website it does not say if you take paypal, do you take paypal? Thanks

I'd recommend 6 gallons. 3 for the truck bed and 3 for the Jimmy. You can use two gallons for the Jimmy and order 5, but we've had people say that another 1/2 gallon or so would be ideal which is why I said 6.

We take paypal. PM me and I can get you the hookup. :D

Blaze,

I have been kickin around the idea of coating the entire exterior of my 'burb.
What would be you recomendations for this?

It's been done! There is a guy kicking around with a 96 Suburban sprayed in black Al's Liner. I'll see if I can find pics.

I'd say you'd need at least 5 gallons to do a Burb exterior complete from top to bottom. There is a lot of acreace on them.

You'd spray it just like you would any other job. Tap, mask, prep, and spray.

PM me if you are interested, I'll give you the hookup and a free gun. :D

I'm gonna bring this back up to show off some new pictures some customers have sent me.

I have a few more of an EB tub that Nick's Trix sprayed now that they buy their liner from us. I'll post them tonight, it looks killer.

How about this for an early Bronco?

Nick sprayed the entire interior, underside, fenderwells, inside the doors and front fenders, etc. Everything that isn't painted is sprayed with Al's Liner.

Adding rubber to a spray-on bed liner kit lowers the strength of it, but it creates a fantastic sound barrier, My question is if i laid down the first coat with sound barrier then a 2nd and 3 rd without would this encapsulate it and give me the strength and durability to run carpetless like i want?

I imagine it would, I don't see why not. I know people who have smoothed out the dents in their beds with bondo and then sprayed over it and never had any issues with abusing it. And rubber crumb is a hell of a lot stronger than bondo!

I would have to say that it wouldn't be an issue at all. All the sound deadener would be underneath the touch Al's Liner topcoat, so it would be just as strong as if the sound deadener wasn't there in the first place.
