How wide is wide, and how narrow is narrow?

When you guys refer to narrow tires, how narrow are you talking about? And how wide is wide?

To me, narrow is like 10.5, medium is like 12.5, and wide is like 15+.

Then again, these new escalades are comming with like 15" wide 22" rims or something...

narrow is 10.5 or less.
average is 10.5 - 12.5 .
wide is 15.5 and wider.
you are right on the money. i get teased cuz i ditched the 15.5 wide for 12,5 but i ahte flares and tickets.
