Howdiymobile....

All done, I either need a new pump or I need to modify it to flow more.

I think my total cost is around 250 dollars

I also need to mount my reservoir and get a real line that will hold up to power steering fluid. I may also modify it so that it is always taking cooler fluid from the reservoir. I'll also throw a cooler on.

I just ordered the rear disc rotors so I should be able to have a nice driving truck in the next week or two. Then I may take it home and redo the interior and clean up the engine bay and chassis

I'll also get 5.13 gears pretty soon, PORC has great prices

i still havent seen any chevelle pics.ive owned 2 over the years, but they are still my favorite muscle car.bel airs and impalas i also have a fondness for.haha.ok most older chevys.your trucks coming along nicely.i cant seem to find a suburban that is either not rusted or 2 wheel drive around here.i would have to spend at least 4 grand to find something mildly in good condition that isnt rotting off the frame.

It's been on the lift since you asked

I'll get some when it's on the ground, I'm not sure how long it will be though.

Also, I am going to use these along with limit straps, so hopefully my springs have a long life

I probably won't make them adjustable though

They are timbren rubber springs, If anyone works at a big truck place and get them at a good price let me know, I'm still looking for a good priced dealer. I've seen then from 20 bucks to 50 bucks each depending on the dealer.

I'm going to get part # A515-65, that is also the model shown below.

Everything came in over the past week. I'll mount the timbrens at a later date. Today I installed one rear disc brake.

I used 1/2 ton 4x4 calipers and have 100 bucks into the brackets and bendix rotors.

Also my carb is leaking, I have a new one in my garage that I'll throw on. I'll throw on the spacer too, what the hell.

And pics of the fans, my dad added weatherstripping to it while I was working on the brakes.

Thanks, the brakes were definitely pretty simple to do. The impact definately made it faster.

brakes look good... what's the fan setup out of?

I believe it's out of a supercharged Aurora. My dad got it at the junkyard when he was going through his get every nice electric fan phase :haha:

I think it was the cause of me having no pedal :D

No, stock 52's

8" 52's would be insanely tall

I also have access to some h1 wheels and tires, and maybe some other military tires.

I'll see what I can get.
