HUGE problem with 2010 event shirts

I still have the email they sent back in Oct saying the recieved my bad shirt. I don't know if that will help the cause. I have not heard anything from them since. Thanks for your efforts Scott.
 
looks like magnum ink is gonna be in the vendors tent at KOH, maybe someone should go ask them where our shirts are...
 
Sweet. Especially if there is a big crowd around. Now I bet that someone could come up with the total # of shirts ordered off registrations for BB10 :whistle: although that wouldn't count for those who chose not to send the shirts in for replacement.

See how they react when with a big crowd around someone asks well my measure of a company is how they handle issues that come up, you know timely communication, standing behind the product etc. Then after the answer of how great the customer service is you can ask what about the issues with BB10 shirts and how NO one has gotten any returns since September 2010.

If you look at the bottom of the Event Report page on the BB website, you'll see how much we spent on the shirts and hats we got from them - not like it was a small amount IMO.

Unfortunately I have no idea how many were returned, that's why I've requested the list. That and the tracking numbers since I don't know of anyone that has received a shirt.

After KOH I'm going to put an ultimatum on the list. I'm assuming we aren't going to get it. At that point I'll put out word to see if I can figure out how many shirts were returned; I'll do that through [email protected] plus a posting here and on Facebook. Then we'll ask for our money back. Hopefully we don't have to get nasty to make that happen.

At this point I don't plan to get the BB11 shirts from Magnum Ink.

I talked to them on Saturday (just before they finished packing up). The story is that they only shipped a few of the shirts out before Christmas and got delivery confirmation on two of those.

Supposedly she told MrK5 that the remainder of the shirts would ship out as soon as they got back from KOH. She said they will be shipping them all USPS signature required to verify that everyone gets their shirts back.

I'm still not buying it, but at least I got to talk to her. Pretty sure we would have heard this from Scott if she had actually talked to him about it like she said she did.

It's amazing how they have plenty of time for new business, but no time to take care of customers that got a sh*tty product.
 
:rolleyes: No I wasn't told any of that. I wondered why some bus tire marks mysteriously appeared on my back Saturday.

well, I say no more magnum ink to print shirts, they obviously had plenty of time to make KOH shirts.
 
Yeah, I agree. I'm sorry it has worked out this way guys. I'm going to try my best to make things right.

When I called and talked to her on the phone, she told me that all of them were shipped before christmas, hmm, how the story changes...

I appreciate you saying that.

I think the story is changing because I've been pushing for a list of returns along with tracking number for the return shipments.
