I got a K5!

I hear that. So what are the plans for a new lift ??? I really like ORD's shackle flip for the rear. (I hate blocks)

I did the ORD shackle flip on my 69 K20 but don't think I will do it on the Blazer since it moves the axle forward a bit. The axle moving forward didn't matter to me on the K20 since I went with a flatbed, but I don't think I would want that to happen on the Blazer. I think when I'm ready to change this, I will go with 6" new springs. Not ready to rule out options.

I used Tuff Country 4" EZ rides in front and 6" in rear and ended up flipping the rear springs end for end to center the tire in the wheel well. You could also use the zero rate add leaf as it has an offset hole but flipping the springs centers it perfectly. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

bigyellowjimmy - are you saying you used a shackle flip and a spring turned around or you used a 6" rear spring and turned it around to make the rear tire more centered?
