<font color=purple> Today on the way home from work I saw a guy in an older Bronco with at least 6" of body lift !!!! I swear he had about 5-7 what appeared to be hockey pucks under there ! I tried to get close to him and give him a peice of my mind but I got stuck at one of the many lights on this route I took home today. I could see him about 5 cars ahead and when he'd stop at a light you could litterally see the body kind of roll from all the lift ..............this guy needs to be drug from his truck and shot for endangering himself and others on the road !!!!! It's guys like him who give us all a bad rep !!!!!

Just like the lowered 4wd Bronco I see in town, the lifted Chevy with blocks up front, another that put like 17/18" rims on his Cherokee and the low profile tires; and of course every truck with a Whiplash Performance sticker on it.

Most definitely - If you are going to build it, do it right, and do it safe.

In Illinois, that'd be illegal, 3" is the max.

I hate bodylifts anyway. Especially if you ONLY have a body lift.

The lowered 4wd would piss me off too. In my town we've got one a Bronco with a 302, a 4 speed, and 44s! Add the 3.08s and it's about as gutless as it gets. It's pretty ugly too.

Why Whiplash bad? Don't they make huge IFS lifts? I mean, I think lifting IFS is pointless, except for looks, but it should look pretty good.

What a dumb@ss! Why is it you see hockey puck lifts on F#@d's all the time... at least the Chev's run an actually body lift and not pucks... I wouldn't even bother beating him down or venting on him... next time just pull up and roll down the window... get him to do the same and say "is that your truck?... HAHAAHAHAAAAHHAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!" and point... oh man does this piss them off... I used to do this to punks in import crap all the time w/ my old rods.... man do they take it personally... they are still pisted 2 days later where as is if you yell at them they laugh at you.

What an insult to the great sport of hockey. Using something as sacred as a hockey puck on a phord, and to lower a 4x4 is just plain blasphemous. What my 10 year old son likes to do is just point and laugh at guys like this. Now that really leaks them off. " Better my sister in a whorehouse than my brother in a phord" I always say.
Shawnboy.

If you are having too much fun it's probably illegal.

The Whiplash performance in Fresno had a new Chevy 2wd with a 12" lift and 44s.Kinda pointless.

<font color=purple> I think you're right, Mikey........If I see it again that's what I'll do .......... !!

"Why Whiplash bad? Don't they make huge IFS lifts"
Yes, they make huge IFS lifts. That's a contradiction in terms. Every truck I've seen with a Whiplash lift is so high, the CVs are at such an angle that destruction is iminent. I've been to the shop, all the goober behind the counter wanted to talk about is how fast his truck is. Whiplash Performance is the place to go if you want your 4x4 riced!!!

I FEEL your Pain!!! Dumb people just always seem to work my last nerve! I always tell the wife.." If I went around shooting everybody I thought was STUPID, I'd go broke buying ammunition!!" LOL!!

"The mud is lovely, dark and deep, but I have U-joints to change before I sleep"

Good thing my friend didn't get their 8-12 inch kit for his truck then. He chose a 6" Pro-Comp instead.

I think lifting an IFS truck is pointless anyway.

The 2wd with 44s is just pathetic.

Saw a blazer in Tucson with a 2" lift in front and a 2' body lift in back. It looked really, really, bad. A for effort but c'mon!

I saw the all time, grand champion bad modification today - A really nice looking CJ7 with an entire rollcage composed of threaded pipe and cast fittings. I can only imagine the protection that that offers.
