i'd luv to show my truck

I think thats where my buddy flopped his 4Runner..... :D

This site is worth the money. Those that get it, get it, those that don't, oh well. I don't even have a 4x4 C/K any more. I got a lowered 2wd C10 and two BMW's. I like the people on here. you wont find a more helpful and straight forward web board anywhere. Thats worth paying the annual dues which are about as much as a pizza and a pitcher of beer.
 
I was a member for 4 years before I paid.
I wish I didn't pay- there are way too many photos of sick rigs for me to go thru.
The advise & general knowledge is way too informative for me to comprehend.
I hate saving money on troubleshooting & getting great deals on parts.
I already have enough friends, I would hate to meet somebody cooler than myself that would volunteer to help me out in a bind.

Funny I was a paying member 2 years before my first post.
I paid to go to Blazer bash but then didn't finish my K5 in time and then a few years later I came and found the forum and that was it.:D

Because if you have enough wits and comprehension skills in your head to pay you probably have enough to read the The Driveway (build threads) and realize this is for BUILD THREADS and not post why you don't see fit to pay to become a member. If not well then you post here....:rolleyes:

So true. Whenever I break something I just post here about it and I get so much feedback and offers to sell or trade me the parts I need that I know it's worth the money. Also, unlike some forums like pirate4x4.com, the guys on here don't waste post after post, thread after thread on trying to run people in the ground and make them look stupid. Everyone on here is really polite and courteous. About once a year some douche bag will show up and start flaming, but they give up pretty quick when they realize they can't get anyone's feathers ruffled.

One more thing Bobbed Burb, obviously you have some experience building trucks and driving them off road too. Maybe you have some info you'd like to share with us. It's all part of the brotherhood.

As long as I own a K5 I'll be a paying member, I've saved hundreds if not thousands of $'s because of the help I've received here, and made many friends...Spend a day broke down at Blazer Bash and you'll see what i mean!
