The temps are dropping. There are a bunch of junk yards here with lots of good stuff. I am going with just a camera. I want to see what is new or just what is there. Usually, There is lots of K5s, Burbs and trucks. Post up what you need and I will see if I can get pics! On Sunday, I will go with tools and get stuff I need and maybe stuff you need.


Guys, little stuff. No big stuff please.

I need a 2WD steering gear box sector shaft to fit in a '89 K5 box.

We have 3 yards in a 50 mile radius. They want $80 for a used steering box or they don't have any/they were bad. I figured I would just swap the sector shaft if they had a bad box...it still would have cost $50 bucks. We don't have a U-pull-it around here.

I did half-hearted search on the internet and could't find one either. See what it costs I guess. Thanks.
 
See what the straps and bolts would cost. I may go to a yard here if I can ever get away and get the time.
 
if you don't mind, I need the nut that holds the pitman arm on a 2wd box for my crossover. And obviously since it's damn near worthless (I assume), I'll getcha back for more than the shipping:thumb: Thanks
 
One more thing,the three screws that mount the vent window to the door. The screw and that metal grommet thing?

X-2! I will need the same kind of nut also. Glad Z71 brought that up. :waytogo:
 
Just take lots of pics to make us rust belt guys jealous. 2nd row Sub shouldr belts that actually work correctly, tan, but any will do.
 
Well I need a nice clean drivers side fender.....but that may qualify as to big. Not exactly easy to ship or cheap. But thought I'd just throw it out there anyway.

I could use two matching manual door lock caps I guess that's what they are called. The things that screw on and you pull up to unlock the door from the inside.

Um, i am pretty local. If you see any full TBI swap vehicles i would like to know.
But if you can grab a coolant and oil pressure gauge that would be very cool. if the entire gauge cluster is good i would love that as well.

Ok guys, this is going to be fun! Most of this stuff, I can get tomorrow no problem. I have the stuff to gauge what tools I need to take. I will get most of this stuff and ship on Monday. I look forward to going tomorrow.


So far, I will get everything on the list except the TCI swap. But, I know they will have it. I will get pics of the tbi stuff and post it.


Snuffy, on my local CL, guy was selling a complete wheel just like you wanted, But it was for Chevy. I will look though.

If you see a 454 throttle body form a pre 93 truck for cheap I could use one with the tps and iac sensors and pigtails.

Got any idea what one would cost?
 
Wow...you sure you wanna deal with a fender? You is the man! Fender is for an 84 K30.

if it's not too late, I need the little handle for the rear window on an 84 blazer. and the little metal rod that holds it on.
 
Got a bunch of little stuff. There is a Dana 60f in a there also. DRW. They said is $70.00. You are seeing that correct. Post pics in a few.
