You seem to be doing exactly what I did with mine. Sometime I need to take pictures of my interior, I failed to do that during my build.

You'll love the Wet Okole Seat Covers and the Bedliner. While you don't have side panels in, put some Dynamat/eDead/RAAMat/etc sound deadner there.

Dash Pad, Tuffy Console and Seat Covers

I'm waiting around for the FedEx truck with my new seat covers. I removed the old cracked dash pad, corrected some bad wiring from the PO, and installed a Tuffy Security Center Console today. Making great progress. Any ideas on a new dash pad? I also want to replace the interior door panels. If anyone knows where I can get black dash pad and front door interior panels let me know.

Do those seat covers fit as nice as they look like they do? They look great!!! :thumb:

Liner looks great too, I really need that done in my rig!!! :thumb:

The fit is awesome. They are expensive (about $290 with options and shipping for the pair) but they are custom made and waterproof. www.wetokole.com Next up: new black dash pad, interior door panels and seat belts. I am painting the interior trim pieces and re-covering the headliner in black as well. I'll post more pictures later today.

not bad at all, i suppose you could put a heated seat kit under those seat covers if you wanted to get really fancy too... hmm...

EDIT:

Forgot to say, Subscribed... i will be paying close attn to this one.

Seat heaters were an option from wet okole but this is a San Diego truck so there isn't much of a need for seat heaters down here. I'll post pics of the dash and new door panels once they come in.

Backorder blues

The dash pad and seat belts are on back order so now it's off to SoCal Suspension in El Cajon to get some much needed suspension upgrades including 2.5" all spring lift, new steering box, new tie rods, bilstein shocks and other parts. The old steering was pretty sloppy and the springs are definitely sagging. Probably not going to go above 33" on tires so I think 2.5" is more than enough to accommodate them without any trimming.

perfect combination. btw definately go with the Mickey Thompson MTZs. They are an awsome tire and actually out performed my BFG A/Ts on the street and of coarse by far off road too.

2nd this. I have 35" MTZ's on mine since August of 09 and they are hardly showing any wear, and 90% of the time its on pavement

Truckandcarshop.com

I finally was able to pick up the interior parts (dash pad, interior door panels) from "truck and car shop" located in orange California. Seat belts are still on back order. The parts look great but the customer service sucks big time! I drove from San Diego to Orange at lunch to buy them. When I tried to call ahead to check that the parts were in stock I was informed that I couldn't check more than three items over the phone even though I was driving 80 miles one way to buy them. I should have turned around right then but I wanted to get the interior done this weekend so I overlooked it thinking the service would be better in person once I got there. WRONG! This place is horrible. Not only did the guy working counter not know anything - it took him 45 minutes to pull 3 parts that had previously been checked as "in stock." I've never been treated so poorly in my life! I wanted to tell them to kiss my a** and take my $700 back to San Diego but my impatience got the best of me. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I've learned my lesson. I'll go with LMC next time and wait for the items to ship. I'll post pics of the parts and the install this weekend. Remember www.truckandcarshop.com and stay away at all costs.

Update - I received a call from the owner of www.truckandcarshop.com regarding a complaint email I sent to the company and I can tell you I am very pleased with the response and will go back and give them another shot at my business in the future.

Dash Pad/Door Panels Installed Finally

Made progress. Installed dash pad and door panels this morning. Getting clips to work with new pad was difficult at first until I just put a shallow screw to help anchor the clip. Fit isn't perfect but it is much better than the old pad. Pics of the door panels tomorrow.
