I have some that were posted here on CK5 a while back. PM me your e-mail and I will send them to you. The files will need to be saved to a flash drive, then take them to Fed Ex/Kinko's and have them print them out. That will give you a full size template.

Yep, I downloaded the same ones from this site a while back. The files are huge but I had them printed out full size at Kinkos and cut my templates from them and with a little trimming they fit perfect.

This is what the file was made from. I do still have the paper templets.
Don't remember who I sent them to to make there file.

I still have the PDF file scans of Teck's original paper templates (which I also still have) that can be printed out full size at FedEx/Kinko's.

I still haven't gotten around to making these but I'm planning on using plywood as well. The only major thing is the panel extends into the area between the bedside and the tailgate in the back so it needs to be thin enough to allow the tailgate to close without binding.
Maybe 3/16 or 1/4 but I haven't measured the gap yet to say for sure.
