Hey whats up fellers.
My name is Brian, I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico! I recently graduated from NMSU with a degree in Computer Science, and I work as a software developer / database administrator.

I have an 82 K20, which I've been workin on for about 2.5 years. I'm running a 350 / sm465 / np208 to an open 10b and welded 14ff, with 5.13s front and rear. I rebuilt my 350 with a hot cam, Camelhump heads, edelbrock performance intake, and headers.
I dove-tailed and bobbed the bed, as well as dove-tailed the front end.
Here's a couple of pics, enjoy!!

Oh by the way.. I used to frequent Austink5.net (Am I allowed to say that here? :doah: ) before it unexpectedly disappeared!

Hi, my name is Josh, and I live in Sioux Falls, SD. I'm 27, and have liked trucks since I got my first Tonka truck when I was kid. :smile1:

I joined a while back when I owned my 85 GMC Jimmy. I had to sell it about 3 years ago (which is a long story, I'll save everyone from - lol). I had done a lot of work including a new motor. I kicked myself ever since then. I found an 89 Chevy Blazer for sale back in late February, and bought it in March. I kinda have to start over from square 1 on the new one though. But, I think I learned my lesson and plan to keep this one a long time.

I am finally a paying member now that I own my '89. I figured it was about time.

Just thought I'd say hello.

EDIT:
Duh forgot to post a pic. Here's a pic of the day I got it:

Build the step side, use the Jimmy as a donor! That's my advice :D

yeah, but the whole family can fit in the jimmy. And Im lucky to have a wife who likes to wheel. Let her drive part of doran canyon in calico in a 95 trooper and she loved it.
