Introductions & Greetings

Thanks, I use to look at this site a long time ago. I also lived AZ for a time and have seen many blazer guys out there, course don't know them, but have seen them in action with their blazers out on the trails. Whats the most flexable amount of lift you would suggest 4" or 6"? I will cut to make the tires fit so no worries there.

You should post this question in the garage forums.......not the intro.
Then you can meet and get feedback from lots of members!:wink1:

Hello

Ya ya....I drive a Scout but there are some Chevy parts in it. I tried to stay with Internationals theme of using a little bit of everything.

Anyway, there is a TON of good info on this board so I figured I would register.

Thanks for having me!

Hi, My name is jim. My wife and I own a 69' blazer cts. We live in Michigan just north of detroit. We like to go wheeling. We have two kids. and are planning a trip to moab. I am very new at being on these forums, so please bare with me. As soon as I figure out how to put pic's on here I will, thanks.

Hi Jim. And Hi everyone.

My name is Lon. I'm currently going to be shopping for a K5 for a family/camping/fishing/vacation vehicle. Having owned a K5 about 6 years ago I know that this will be the perfect truck to A)avoid an expensive payment (been there done that with a duramax truck) and B)have the room and utility necessary for a family w/2 kids and one on the way.

I'm looking forward to finding a 89-91 F/I truck in the next couple months!!

Hi

Hey everyone, I'm 27 and fresh out of the military. I own a 1975 Jimmy now after rolling my '95 Silverado about 4 1/2 years ago.

hey how yall

:crazy:my name is Jerry I live in North Carolina,Ive done mechanic work on about anything that moves,I have my own business where I usually get the stuff everybody else is scared of and I usually make it run better than it ever has. I recently became the owner of a 90 full size jimmy and I'm having a problem figuring out how the rear seat belts are suppose to be secured,it came to me without the rear shell and the belts that are in it look like they mount above the side windows but there are no holes and besides the fiberglass top doesn't look like a good place to anchor seatbelts,HELP!!!

hey I've got a 90 also and I'm trying to figure out how the rear seat belts go in can you help?

Hello my name is manny this is the first gm vehicle i have, its a 85 gmc suburban, over all it is pretty decent in the desert and havent had a complaint im really starting to like this truck i will post up pics soon

Hey Jerry, I was in the navy. As far as your rear seatbelts go, I would guess the mount to the bench itself. I've never looked at a '90, but I have a '75 and the belts are mounted to the under-side of the bench.
