Hello to all, greg here from california. I manage a family owned body shop.the shop has been in business for 72 yrs. I just picked up a 1989 k5
blazer. The blazer need a lot of work but a good fixer . It's going to be my hunting and fishing rig when finished. I'm starting from the bottom up. I plan on keeping it stock to a point. If anyone has any ideas for me.
Please feel free to post them.thank you for your help....greg

and yea i know i have alot of work ahead of me to get it where it is trail worthy, but it will get there some day. i did buy a D60 and 14b FF for the swap im gonna do. just need to get my lift and tires as soon the funds are available. the 14FF is already welded and i still need to figure out what locker i want to run in the 60. maybe Detroit, this will be trail only truck probly never see any pavement. but anyway i could go on forever bout that just wanted to introduce myself and truck
) but I am currently in the process of looking for a nice 87 or newer K5 to use as a daily driver for the times of the year where my Firebird is off the road. Something big and tough for hauling gear and my friends and stuff, and something that doesn't flinch at the site of off road trails and stuff even in stock form.
