Is this 350 still good

Normally eddy intake come with all that crap.
Nothing in the box? Might as well put them in.
Tape or liquid will be fine. Your choice.
Nah, the edelbrock intake came with nothing but the intake. I had to order intake bolts etc all separate.

I would smear a bit of the black gunk on both sides of the blue gasket.
The o ring only works if the neck is designed for it. Hard to see what you have there.

... ugh... usually my garage and everything is super tidy and neat. I need to get this truck done just so I don’t have parts in boxes....it’s super annoying. Hahahahaha

I would make sure that the GREEN circle has a 1/4" pipe plug in it. That is a direct path to the oil pump.

Better check that green circle area and make sure it has a plug in it.

For anything fuel related I always use liquid teflon. If tape breaks away in a fuel system it will usually block something important.

I will say it is a complete bitch to spin this engine over. Especially getting the heads on top and oil pan back to the bottom. My god... I had to get creative with the hoist and thankfully my wife was home to drop a screw into the stand as I spun it....

I used my breaker bar to get some increased leverage but damn...not easy whatsoever

Any tips?

I think he means rotating it on the engine stand?
I use a large pipe for leverage on the head of the stand where it bolts to the block.

@TJ1978 do you still want to merge threads?
