Headers. For ram horn manifolds what are the bolt sizes and lengths needed? I browsed around but, ya know a million answers
Nice. I read people using 3” bolts but that seems long and they had trouble with them bottoming out..3/8 16 @ 2 1/2" long the 2 center 1's are longer but I for get the length. The bolts stock have a thick flat washer, not a lock washer. If you can't find original washers to regular flat washers will do. No gaskets on stock manifolds, scrape paint of head at sealing surface and wire brush manifold. Tighten bolt from center out, run engine re-tighten warm. No loctight. wouldn't hold on exhaust manifold.
No gaskets with fact-tree stuff.Nice. I read people using 3” bolts but that seems long and they had trouble with them bottoming out..
No gaskets? Hmm ok.

You will need a timing tab. Or a pointer and a timing tape. And with either one, you will want to verify tdc matches. With after market timing chain cover this piece doesn’t fit.
Is it necessary to have it on?
