The ad says it comes with stock tires.

That is a steal regardless of if the guy throws on some "rollers". The D60/14FF and winch are pretty close in value to his asking price alone.

Unless the axles were fresh and fully built (gears and lockers) I sure wouldn't pay $2,800 for a them even with a used winch.

i'd guess he has to/wants to sell it cuz it is in no way street legal here in joysey... gonna ride like a dump truck, but worst case, you could part it out and almost double your money...
