Jeep crash video at EJS Moab

Yeah checked out his sponsors and would email them but they got nothing I would need, I doubt any would see me as a potential customer.
Might still just to say I associate them with a Narcissistic Asshat

Oh an everyone here should thumb down this latest video. He is removing/hiding any post that is not flattering to him. So he can keep his sponsors. God for bid we ever share a trail with this guy

Heard he was doing the same thing on a Jeep forum.....

Watched his video again seems like he's playing the patriotic card, to downplay his own douchebaggyness.

Also states he wants to share his knowledge.
Lol, knowledge of what exactly? How to take your Jeep to a shop to slap on bolt ons? Shitty driving? Not watching your spotter? Adding stickers?

Maybe how to avoid responsibility and get away with shit...you know, basic Douchebaggery 101.
He might have a future in politics. He should fit in with that crowd pretty well.

I'm always an innocent until proven guilty guy. Of which here I believe there is no one guilty. Motorsports are dangerous and large groups of spectators make it even more dangerous. I've been in spots where there are too many people around my truck. I also try my best as a spectator to not stand in front of a vehicle, but I know I have been guilty of being too close before. And too close can be 100yds sometimes, its all terrain dependent.

I had one incident last year that scared me good. It was a large obstacle with not much standing area, lots of people around and I needed throttle for it. When my truck hit the obstacle the one guy disappeared from my view. I cleared it and immediately asked someone else where he was.

The other thing though I didn't notice but saw on the video is that someone else was also close, and when I launched he had to move fast.

The bottom line is I failed that day in the driver seat, but owness goes on the spectators as well. It was a combination of things. Large obstacle, late in the day, new engine combo, and people all over. The inevitable thing in motorsports is that when they are grassroots you get to do cool things like sit on the side of the race courses, camp in the desert and watch the trucks etc.. Then someone gets hurt and after too many of those you can only watch it via drone on TV, and it sucks. I guess my point is demonizing people never really does the sport any good, spectator or driver.

Back in about 1980 I was at a race track called Orange County Raceway watching a "Coors 32 Funny Car race". I was right at the starting line, and as a seasoned spectator at watching drag racing I knew what could happen. There was a guy by the name of Joe Pisano on the line in the right lane in his Top Fuel Funny Car, and when he launched off the line his car went to the right immediately. It went straight into the guardrail, and scattered into a hundred pieces. Since I saw it coming I turned around a ducked out of the way of the flying parts. Some gal standing next to me never saw it coming, and a part off the car cut her across the chin. She also had some burns on her face from hot oil.

Why can't you simply say "I was behind the wheel of a Jeep which struck and injured a woman, and I wish her the best in her recovery."

There's no admission of guilt in that statement, so even if there is pending litigation it wouldn't matter. And then you would look somewhat human, instead of looking like a like seeking asshat.

I posted in the comments, out of curiousity for how long it will take for him to remove it...

Where? What did you say?

I see there is a little notice about being respectful about comments from utoob. obviously he reported the shit to utoob to have that posted. Another sign of a douchecanoe. At least have some thick skin.

Where? What did you say?

Someone posted a link to the go fund me page, which he replied to, and I replied to him saying he should at least pin that post to the top like he did to his own comment that has nothing but an american flag.

My username over there is blue80spirit (I have a 1980 AMC Spirit that I've had since high school). I wasn't excessively disrespectful- mildly so. But I'm curious if he takes it down.

Some of the folks on Pirate have started emailing his sponsors with the story in hopes they'll drop him.

The emails are having some success WpnGear and Proclip replied both are distancing themselves from Jeremy Felts aka AmericanJeeper
