Just picked up this for the front as my 12k was too big. Condition of it is used/ unknown if it works. Any one have tips for what I should look for or resource pages? It didn't come with a controller and mine is up with the foolsize 3 hrs away. It's a warn m8000. I think I can upgrade the motor to a newer 6 hp from the xp9000's.

No I believe it’s a 10k I took it apart to clean it and ended up leaving it lol .

Yes, was shooting for koh but idk anymore. Hopefully going to make quite a few runs. I've been itching to get out

Tested the winch out today. Free spools great and seems to work. Ran it out about 4 feet and it pulled it in fine. The cable doesn't look like it's ever been used

This is true! Haha, it free spools easier than the 12k vr series I had on the foolsize

Rad mounted, winch and grille set in place. Alu fuel cell almost done. It'll sit down lower and the sway bar is going to pass through it.

Getting closer. Rear suspension is done. Blazer front shaft fit the rear.

@skunked tell me about it. The front is going to be a 2 piece I think.

Cage is back from powder coating too. Goi g to keep it looking sahara like with tan and green

Getting closer. Hoping for a shakedown run in a few weeks. Front sway bar is in, I've only seen a few mounted like this. Front d Drive line is in, brakes, fuel lines and exhaust are done. Wiring and sealing up the tub are next. Hopefully the frameless soft top will work over the cage too
