jeep stuff and now a volvo!

It took me a bit to figure out what the 1st picture in the "then it got deeeep" post was. Looks like fun.

i built a little wiring harness. added an aux. fuse box in the left kick panel.
mounted my switches. ran the power wires to the relays under the hood. I stole all the wiring out of a dodge journey body harness I replaced awhile back. so all the wires are different colors.

installed the bar that I had on the wrangler. now I need to make the light mount brackets. since I have everything ran already. only 2 wires needed to be hooked up once the lights are installed. easy peasy.

Thanks.

I'm pretty anal about my wiring. I would rather leave them unhooked than have a rushed wiring job.

when the snorkel was installed, they ditched the washer fluid tank since its located in the lf fenderwell. the pumps, wiring and the horn wires where just hanging around. so I pulled the whole harness back up into the engine compartment. im going to mount the horns in there.
on the other side, the vacuum reservoir was hanging down. so I removed the cruise control and mounted the vacuum ball by the battery. rerouted the hoses. (later down the road you will see why the cruise came out)

it looks much cleaner now without a bunch of junk hanging down
