I know, i was jsut interseted in it for future plans and i have already made progress on my repair but thanks for your good imput.

Good that you're fixing that front end ... it sounded scary, though it may have just been the shop trying to scare you into spending money.

can i leave all that stuff on my firewall and still have the mojave hookup?

you could... but that REALLY defeats the purpose of having the mojave.. maintaining the factory setup would not leave any room inside for the new one... i mean you could mount it where mine is now, but you know what I mean.

especially if the factory heat works already...
