K10 Back-half Revamp! **posted wheelin' pics**

So does this mean your doing the 52's next with a D60, right??:eek1::D
I've got all the 52's you can choose from and I'm sure you can decide on one of the D60 I have.

Nah I'm going to wheel it as is for now... this summer (I'm out of school in about 4 weeks) and I'm working full time (aka have more cash) I'll do a 60 but for now this works. Plus my front end is in great shape and as long as I remember I'm wheeling with a 10b I'll be fine.

Looks good dude! Yeah I'd say an anti-wrap is in your future!

Check this thread out for some crazy flex!

I'm still doing the sand... it'll just be a better ride now :)

But the sand is going to have to wait... I want to hit some trails on the next couple trips.

I think I'm going to just stick with the tried and true 52's up front for now... eventually I'd love to do coil-overs up front (I keep seeing ORD's kit pop up) but for the here and now 52's will work great compared to my current setup.
so what you're saying is that you're going to run the Rubicon with us in July? :D check the pacific forum's thread...

I'm going with Frizz in his rig in June and it'll be my first time on the Rubicon... I'll see how it goes :)

good. so you'll get the rock addiction and come back a month later for more... :D

haha yeah as nice as that would be I doubt I'll be ready to go back a few weeks later... :)

I picked up some Ford shock towers from the dealership today... $15 a pop brand new ready to go so I couldn't pass it up. Eventually I'll tie my upper shock mounts into the cage but for now these will bolt on and get me going for Memorial weekend...

Did you guys ever decide on a date and time for the Memorial run?
I have a graduation on Sat so, hopefully Sun or Mon???

I assumed we were going Saturday... probably leave town around 6:00-7:00am or so...

your front is not flexing at all in the rti pics, if you plan on doing any decent trails box your frame or plan on bending it

It's not flexing as much as the rear (obviously ) but it's flexing a couple inches... the driver's side tire was about 1/2" away from kissing the wheelwell...
Plus look at the passenger side, doesn't look like it does at ride height to me...

if you are worried about cracking frame due to frame flex check relationship of front bumper to grille if crooked it could be a problem. i think blazers are more prone to cracked frames than shortbed due to shorter wheelbase. and yeah springs are a lot less head ache. unless transplanting a cummins no need for plating.

it's so pretty!

Doesnt that just indicate worn body mounts?
