K30 looks boring, two tone or flame It???

Two tone with a darker blue, or any blue/silver combo and put black flares on it.

But then again, it's your truck, what do you like? I bet a few guys on here could photo chop whatever colors you were considering so that you can see the results before it's permanent.

what about 2-tone black and silver?

personally that truck is badass id leave it as it!

I think it looks nice as it is. If you do decide to change think of a contrasting color. Silver is too light, a dark color would be better.

Here's an idea. Change all your chrome to black:D That will make it stand out;)

Thanks for all the suggestions! Great ideas!

I think I may try some wheel well molding first. It kind of sucks since I filled in all those holes, now I have to re-drill them.

Then I may add the older or newer style molding along the side. I was going to do that after it got painted but the body shop mistakenly filled in all the molding holes at the rear corners.

Two tone is tempting but I started to get some prices and its not cheap so I might have to pass. I can actually get flames painted on cheaper than doing the two-tone. I was also considering pinstripe flames but maybe I'll just keep the paint the way it is.

As for the 16" wheels, I'm not a huge fan either. I got them on a trade with the old 16.5" saw blade wheels that were pretty oxidized. The tires were brand new and my old tires on the sawblades were 50% so it was a good swap. I think I may get the Outlaw II wheels in a 16x10 size:

Thanks again!:wink1:

Don't get common wheels. Get Weld Racing wheels. They stand out that much better than others.

Two things I don't like about Weld. Price and the fact they're not clear coated. I hate having to polish wheels and with the mag-chloride here in Denver, its brutal on non-clear coated wheels. I need a wheel thats around $100 each.

I've never been a fan of 2 tone the few times I have liked it, it was done in a custom way usually blended so no solid color change lines. but right now I can't really speak my truck is custom painted 7 colors and I get mixed reactions on it. Some really like it, some don't and I keep hovering on the border of likeing it and wanting to change it at some point and hate the "ranbow paint job" I've heard a few people call it

Add the 90's trim and replace the rear bumper with a chrome one to match the front. Add a custom graphic on the back window (small and tasteful) titled "Potent Rodent Hauler" with an image of both trucks... :dunno: :wink1:

Get a couple of smallish (8") transfers of your avatar made for the rear quarters near the tail. :eek1:

Truck looks GREAT just the way it is. Maybe some really good, hand done, pinstripes. They are making a comeback and I've always liked the subtle ones...

Camo is the only way to go. Maybe just me but thats how I roll:D
