I have had to place work on my K5 on hold. I live about an hr north of Philly and we got hit hard by Ida. Our basement was flooded (never happened before this storm). We had 11" of water outside our garage and about 3' in the backyard that was running at least 15mph downstream.

Our shed, where most of my body parts were, took in at least 13" water. Flooded all my new body parts, most still in cardboard boxes, and did a number on my powered yard toys.

Behind my shed I had a 14'x10' tent where i kept my donor driver side quarter panel, my 4 new 35" tires&rims, my K5 hood and my riding mower and new meat smoker.

Storm took the tent away, pushed the riding mower 50' down steam, took the smoker away (totaled it) and worst of all it took my parts.

The donor quarter panel was pushed about 75' downstream and was damaged by a fallen tree limb. My 4 new tires and rims just floated away.... There was more damage but the list is too long.

Well, the sun came out and I pulled my parts out of the wooded area next door to my property. Photos of quarter panel damage below. I walked about 150' into the woods and FOUND MY TIRES jammed in between logs and sticks. Ten more feet and they'd have reached the creek and been GONE! Photo of tires jammed in trees below too. One tire at bottom of photo and two in distance (blue Tarp)

Lots of stuff to fix on top of what I needed to fix. It just keeps getting better! My K5 is still in pieces but it's already been off road!

Yeah, that does suck. We know all about that crap down here. Hope you get cleaned up and back at it soon. I've enjoyed watching your progress

That is sad news and good news all in one post!
Glad that you found some of the parts.
I can't imagine the rest of the disaster.
