Keeping your $$$ shocks safe..

I have been known to use 742 Evergeen Terrace. Not as old, but still more than Deuling.

The purple would have to do, I guess, 'cuz they don't have hot pink.

I was shooting from the hip sorry. I will try harder next time.

It makes me lose more faith in humanity that people actually steal shocks nowadays. That is pathetic. I used to maintain 300 apartments, and 30 Sec 8 hellholes, and copper theft was common. So I asked a guy, I said you spend all night breaking your back yanking that copper out of the drywall, for 50 or so bucks. When you could work at Mc Donalds and not do a 1/4 of the work, and make 400 or more a week. He says yea, I know, thats why I got a job. :haha: I have really developed a hatred for about half of the people in my general area, being its turning into a ghetto because of all the handouts these people get. I had people that were 5th generation welfare families, that had no intention of getting off. People suck plain and simple.

I would go the left hand thread route personally, spot welding would be great if you dont plan on taking them off a few times, but you already said you planned that. And, it would be funny to think some ballsack busted his hands underneath your truck and hopefully broke his fingers and still failed.

I would go the shot gun method. The "saw" style anti theft device sounds the most effective.

Just sayin.....

Anybody wanna stop by when I'm not home???? Hehehe.

Besides OSHA and the cops made the paperwork easier for death than accident so really just saves everyone time. Single sheet paperwork and cops don't have to give chase. Plus its environmentaly friendly, leaves more good oxygen for the rest of us.

left handed nut sounds like a good inexpensive idea. however those security nuts are good if you want to sleep like a baby at night. Take pics and record expenses id like to attempt the same setup when I replace mine. cant imagine being left in that kind of situation.

I just wanted to thank this thread for bad dream I had this weekend about the front axle being stolen out from under my truck...

What are some ideas other than simply welding the nuts on to the bolts to keep shocks from being stolen???

As some know I've got a couple grand worth of fox shocks going on my rig. I've heard multiple reports of these being stolen off of raptors and such locally. How can I deter a thief?
