83 Jimmy drw 60 & 70hd, 44 boggers, 4l80e, 205 and other goodies
Meanwhile all this is happening. I apply at my old job from a few years back knowing id get the job. We spent 2 weeks busting are ass trying to get k5 ready for the wedding. I knew when i started my job i wouldn't have any time to work on it working 12-13 hour days 6 sometimes 7 days a week. Spending every waking minute at my buddies house for 2 weeks, it felt like a break up when it was time to go because i started the next day.

Luckily at my work we have all the AN- fittings a man could ever ask for and high pressure hydrologic lines. So i made some for the transmission

Finally got time to work on the motor. Rerouted all my main wires in the engine bay. Went to install my new msd distributor. It wouldn't fit and it was broken. Called summit and they said they don't make one for an 83... are they kiding? Sure enough. Different shafts. Thing is ive had the same style distributor on there before. Guess different part number

That's why I love my Public Defender...

Up the ante with each pull of the trigger.

Made my driveshaft up at work. Bought all the stuff from denny's driveshafts. Unfortunately they sent me a 1410 slip yoke instead of 1350. Already bought my tom woods "super flex" joints and they dont make a 1410 one or I'd just run it

Got it within 3 thousands out of round. Not to bad for a home built driveshaft.

Picked up my wife's 42's today. Good lord the 44s still make them look small. Pics dont do justice. Fired up my k5 today, first time in 2 years. Set timing and she didn't skip a beat. Was so happy this big man almost cried
