Let me see your RED or BURGUNDY interiors...

Looking for some ideas on what I can do to make it look better/ more comfortable/ quieter, etc. This is for my DD.

I'm considering putting newer seats as well, although most newer seats don't come in red . I like what 496truck did with his 40/20/40 split bench seat mod but can I do that with a red interior and not look dumb?

So I'm asking you for your ideas. Show me your red interiors maybe you have other good ideas for everyone to see.

thanks for the pics. Is that dash original or replacement RJB44?

Any idea where to find good replacement carpet in burgundy? Mine shows some wear. (not macdonalds red like LMC offers )

any custom burgundy/maroon/red interiors? still looking for ideas

Dash was replaced. I think the carpet in my truck is original. Very well cared for by previous owner, although I did have it professionally cleaned when I acquired it in January 2006.

still looking for ideas to upgrade my interior... I've thought about putting in newer chevy seats with nicer red seat covers or having it reupolstered.. this would depend on the price of the seats though of course.

carpet isn't terrible, but there is a 12" stain behind my driver's seat and I think its from oil from PO.

I recovered it myself. It was a cover from Classic Parts if I remember correctly. It fit very well only thing is that the foam on the driver's side has sagged some so it wasn't as tight as it should be. I should have put a piece of 1/4" foam in there to make up for it. The dash pad I got from a local guy, I traded a chrome grill for it. Believe me I keep the thing well amoralled...

Will it Fit?

Will this '96 split bench fit in my K5? This would certainly kick my interior up a notch!

I think they will but you need to see the feet to be sure. IIRC the drivers side feet bolt in to the flat floor and the middle seat just kinda hangs off of it over the trans tunnel. If that is the case it will work although not a direct bolt it. You will need to keep and use your original seat belts and remove the buckles from the new seats.

Good to know. Unfortunately the vendor wants to sell the seats as a set (back seat included) and I don't have that kind of cash right now. Otherwise I would buy the whole thing and sell the back seat separately on my own. Too bad, it looks like a really nice seat

Sorry it's not red but I just did new interior last year.
Carpet come form ACC, dash is new OEM form Classic Parts, had rear side panels made and the seats recovered with original fabric from SMS Auto Fabric

Here are a few of mine, pretty clean.. Where do I get a color match dash pad!!? I dont want to paint the damn thing...Gotta get a new floor mat, window seals, smoker window seals.. When and if I go back to Maine I'm gunna put full carpets, head liner, tilt wheel, and captins chairs in front w a center console or some sort of split bench... How do you guys feel about LMC and Classic Parts? Dose classic parts ship USPS, that helps down here on the island...
