Lift Kit ??

I ordered my front springs from sd spring I think. For my shackle flip I used ord, only because i could use my stock shackle.

The bilstien shocks they sell are valved heavier than what you can get from other suppliers, I have ran them on the front, and the heaviest valved set i bought from another vendor, the newest set doesn't control the movement as well as the ord valved set.

How tall a lift do you have ?

Stock is about 8.5”.

Can confirm. Stock spring '84 Jimmy measures just shy of 8.5".

4 inch springs, plus a 1/4 inch plate to move the axle forward 1.5 inches. Plus the extra height from the d60.

Hmm.. so a 4" lift would be 14"? I read 16ish" is a 6" lift

Not what I’ve been reading. Stock is 8.5” - 14.5= 6” of lift !!

Call ORD... I measured mine, told Stephen what axles I had, 8 lug 3/4 ton. Sent him my pictures of where they told me to measure... 4" lift is what I have.

Either way I think you're over thinking this. Call ORD Monday and talk to them.

Yes I’m gonna call them anyway, to see what it would cost me for 4” Tuff Country Lift Kit & Bilstein shocks all around. Shipping prices aren’t good now with fuel getting outta control !!
