Yeah, luckily I had it sitting at full stuff, so it really didn't fall very far or hurt anything. Just made me mad. Then went cruising in my half finished party bus. Got almost nothing accomplished today. Oh well

Put the "core" injectors that came with the LBZ duramax in tonight, fired right up. The mechanics that worked on it before me, who have gone out of business, just cut the radiator hoses to get them off though. So going to order new ones tomorrow and then see how it drives. Not even sure why they needed to remove the bottom one? Lol

So far we've got a pretty cheap crew cab LBZ, but I'm sure I'll find out what's wrong with it soon.

I have a 2002 Escalade EXT, its in rough shape from the winters in buffalo NY (salt). I was almost planning to run it into the ground, and part it out eventually, someone told me the transmission isn't a normal 4L80e because these are AWD.

I always thought it was just the transfer case, not sure if you know anything about the trannys these escalades come with?

Its funny because lately I've been thinking of selling my escalade after its paid off and I fix the rust. But seeing these threads makes me want to lift mine up and put big tires on it, but I suppose the AWD system is not good for off roading, I would need to swap transfer cases?

unfortunately they do not have a 4l80, they have a 4l65. The AWD system is defintely terrible for offroading too haha, but just swap a 90s 1/2 ton 241 on the back and then throw a dana 60 up front a some links and coils.. and you know, basic stuff and you have a capable rig :)
