That's pretty awesome your other half can weld.
I work in the lab for an asphalt company. We don't work winters, so I've had about 3 months off. But yeah I don't sleep much either. When I am working I work about 70 hours a week and live in a camper and then 30 hours a weekend at the shop.
She's pretty good too! she welded part of the truss on the front axle.
Painted, currently taking the van apart to get the cam and heads and injectors to put in this before I put it back together.

Thanks! If I would've known I was going to strip it down to bare frame I wouldn't cleaned it up better on the inside of the front. But oh well. Not building a show truck.
I still have a bunch of trimming to do, but I couldn't wait. Also the break booster just needed a tiny bit of clearance. Pretty good for just guessing. A 1 inch body lift would move it completely out of the way.

They really did, hopefully get it all trimmed tomorrow and get some better pictures. The approach angle on the front is going to be just stupid amazing lol

At first I thought you put the axle to far forward on the front.... My thoughts have changed a lot. PERFECT.
