WOW!!...just like the ones I rode in!..love your exhaust system!:haha: ..nothing like seeing old glory proudly waving in all that rubber smoke!:bow: I replayed it about ten times!--my mother came in and said "WHATS THAT NOISE!"??:haha: :haha: ...sounds like your truck was still burning the tires as it shifted into 3rd!!!.bet you were doing 50 at least, at the end of the video!..

The trucks I've driven and rode in with Caddy 500's are like rail dragsters!-they were all 2wd's,nobody here that I know personally has a 4x4 with one in it yet,though I've seen a few at cruise nights nearby!..the guy I know with the 455 Buick in his 74 C10 had to put a 14 bolt in it a few weeks ago..he said it spit the 12 bolt right out into the street as he was shifting into second doing a burnout,and it dropped the driveshaft!..:eek1: ...its back in operation,but he's not driving it in the crappy weather..its only 15 degrees out now,and ice and snow all over the place..

Thanks for shortening the video...it still took 4 minutes for it to download,just to see 11 seconds!..I hate having dial up and a computer with no memory to speak of...that video made my night !:D :bow: :bow:
 
I would really like to do a caddy swap one day in the distant future. I guess If I got a running but not rebuilt caddy motor, it probably woudn't boil the tires like that.. but, that truck is awsome... gives me something to dream about..
