Look what I brought home...

Nice lookin truck.

I don't know why people don't like the red interior. :dunno: Especially if it's in good shape.

x2.

I'm redoing my 90 K5's interior soon, and I'm thinking of leaving a lot of the burgundy in there, just to offset the black. The burgundy dash has grown on me and I think it will be too much black if I convert all of the interior to black (it would then be black on black, too much black I think and hard to keep clean).

BTW I just picked up a set of '99 silverado charcoal seats :woot:

No everyone is right, burgundy is ugly.
I will take them off your hands everyone and I will dispose of them properly.
Actually I would like to find some front bucket seat in burgundy to replace my front worn bench in the crew cab.

Damn! Those interior pics had me scared for a moment. Thought those were my pics of my '91 K5 back when I listed it for sale. :eek1:

Does anyone recognize the truck? I found a print out from CK5 in the glove box. May have previously belonged to a member.

I love red/maroon interiors:waytogo:

Around here back in the day,a K5 Blazer, and many muscle cars were ordered with black exteriors and a "red gut" (Maroon)--it was probably the most popular color scheme ,in my opinion...maybe it because its "Cranberry Country" around here??..
I always liked that color combo,personally...

I'm glad the visor was listed under something other than "The Good." I like it, very clean. The red doesnt bother me as much on a dark vehicle, cant say I'm crazy about it with the white. For that money I would have bought at and never looked back, good find.

Just found out the truck is plumbed for air. Has a 10 gal tank and even the nerf bars are tubed as tanks. Also has air horns. No compressor, so I need to replace the corroded inlet to see if it works! Cool :saweet:

Tan going in...

Air system works great! It does seem to have a slow leak somewhere. Will likely take a bottle of soapy water and a lot of time to find it. Probably wait 'til spring. Heater core going in next week so I have some heat. :woot: Buddy has a donor Blazer with a 14B FF in the rear and D60 up front I can have. Hopefully, that will be my winter project.
