Lots of stupid in a Craigslist ad.

Pretty cool vid! Looks like you had fun for sure...and your vid reminded me why I'll never run a carb on an off-road vehicle again if I can help it.

I hear ya on that! Especially with power steering and brakes... it got a little scary for sure!

Yeah, you looked a little concerned at the end of the vid...:D

I know that feeling very well, and have had my old K5 in similar situations in the past. The hardest thing is unclenching your ass enough to get out of the seat later...:p:

haha, sorry man. I didn't know if you trying to be humorous, or just lying to try and make some money. If you were fed BS when you bought it, it isn't your fault. By the way, I love Tuttle.

i like the vid when all of your trucks are stuck and broke down!! story of my life

Hey guys... I am the infamous owner of this fine automobile!!! haha.... you guys seriously crack me up. I do appreciate Will for emailing me giving me a heads up on the serious bashing I was receiving. But honestly I don't care about the bashing part.... I am glad I can get everything straightened out on this as I don't want to mislead the person that buys the truck. The guy I bought it from is a friend and I think he may have gotten taken on the deal. I paid $3500 for it and spent some extra money getting her up and running.

Any advice would be awesome....

Hey here is another laugh for ya....... me f'in it up out at tuttle creek!

I can't post a Link so go search tuttle creek red chevy on youtube

HAHA... I am an amateur but I had alot of fun being one! Especially with the made up parts. hahahaa

It's too bad that you're selling it. (Are you SURE you can't keep it, and just lower it a bit to fit in the garage?) :dunno:

You seem like "our kind of people".....good sense of humor and the ability to take a little teasing too.

I can guarantee that if you kept it, we could help you get the oddball stuff sorted out with that truck and you'd end up with a solid, killer ride.

:usaflag:

We had three pretty stout trucks and two were stuck in the mud and one was broke down.... The funny part is that a stock chevy ext cab truck saved our a$$es. It was priceless! If I knew how to post you tube vids I would put it up too!

I wish! This truck is a ton of fun.... Seriously my neighborhood covenance doesn't allow vehicles in the driveway. Its a crock if you ask me. If id it doesn't sell then I have only one choice... Keepin it! Then you guys can make fun of me for years to come. hahahaha!

I just wish there were more places around Omaha to take this truck to test its limits.

Question on the lift, you mention 2" blocks under the springs. Are they on the front. I'm not sure about your state, but in California the are illegal and IMO very unsafe.:eek1: The rear are okay.

Dammit... They have one inch blocks up front.... What do you think?

If they are like these and tie into the spring pack with the center pin (and are 1" or less) - they are OK in front. Otherwise you should remove them.

you may as well keep the truck , pony up 25 bucks and join the brotherhood....it's an addiction I tell ya :D :D

Funny thing is I had an 86 K5 before this truck.. I liked the turning radius a little better on that truck.. I had a few 20 point turns with the truck at tuttle creek. haha

Looks like your friends got a built s-10 blazer and he didn't tell you what you had in your truck??
