Radiator is a tight fit with the fans.
Taking the interior out to get a good coat of primer and paint on the floor boards. Previous owner replaced floorboards. 
Time to break out that DA sander!
It just doesn't stop. What started as just an ls swap has pretty much turned into a full restro mod. Bout to have some more big parts coming in just to top off the build!
Tejas steel works makes a fan shroud that's for a square and you can use thinner fans.
Yeah we had made one ourselves on the ole yeller build. Was kinda wanting to keep this one as close to stock parts from the swap.

Still sanding haha. Weather did not cooperate today to lay some primer down. So maybe tomorrow we can put some on. But hey we’ve got Vintage Air on its way!
Decided to tackle the roof. Talked about putting sun rook back in or cut it off completely for a full top conversion. But went ahead and just fixed the hole. Here is the donor roof. The rust has been ospho and por15. Now to tack it up.
It’s a hot one here in Texas. Made some good headway this week. 
Vintage air came in today! Hopefully will have a little time tomorrow to do a little work.

Small photo dump of a little bit of body work. Hoping to get the interior premiered and painted Saturday. Been doing a little body work on the doors and tailgate. 
Also bought some kilmat on Amazon. It’s a little thin but curious how it will turn out. Anyone used it before?
Works great helped a ton in the cab.
Did you put any inside the doors?
Ya I only put one piece per door and it helped alot with sound when closing, doesn't sound as tinny.
