im looking for a skid plate for my 74 k20 it has a 465/203 combo

I have one from a TH350/203 combo but dont know if they are the same. It looks like it should be if you have the dual crossmembers.

Wow! That plate is BENT!!! :eek1: Never thought those types of skidplates could get bent like that! :eek1:
 
There shouldn't be 5 bends in the plate, only 4.

The "bent" part is in the middle. It should be flat. The bolt flange surfaces should be flat parallel from each other.

Man! Never seen that before!
 
well mine only has one x-member

does the x-members come w/ the skid plate? :)

oh and i also need a gas tank skid plate its a regular cab long bed.
 
I have a steel skid plate on my CUCV pickup... but I won't be pulling that tank off for a while. Check with Muddog on here and see if he has any on the CUCV's he is always parting out. He is located in Kansas or Oklahoma I think.
