Cool truck!
Started to swap my rear degree shims and I found out the bolts are too short, I'll get some grade 8 bolts tomorrow and make them fit

The center pin bolts were toast and so were the shims. It's all back together now. 
The drive shaft angle looks better, I gotta re seat my rear u joints. the first degree picture is my front u joint the second is my rear, it looks like it's off by 2 degrees, will that work?

You'll be the first to know if it works. Mine has a stupid vibrationwhen I just let off the throttle. It's weird, I just deal with it lol.
Took the truck on its longest test drive today, , I don't like my shifter set up with the lokar shift rod and the tires are loud and my 4l80 is suspect but man when I mash it, it goes. Lq9 4l80 np241. LSX Specialties engine harness and tune, speed engineering headers.
It went well, I didn't feel any vibrations.
Seems to sag on the drivers side
I just chalk it up to being a fat guy! (In my case)

Working on the interior, I got some Kilmat and I am working my way across the floor of the cab, I should have the tunnel done soon. Then jute padding and rubber floor mat. 
Test fitting the finished bumper, I need to order carriage bolts so it looks better than 3/4 inch bolt heads sticking out of place. I also need to install my new winch at the same time. 
Pulled out my old winch and installed my new 12k smittybilt winch today. 
I'm not a fan of the control box location but I don't have the skills to mount it elsewhere.

Unless there’s something special about that winch, it’s just extending wires and mounting that box wherever it’s convenient.

Got the winch hooked up and working. I'm waiting for some carriage bolts and then I'll mount my bumper and finish the install. @Engineered Vintage
