Making battery cables?

Lol, I have 2 batteries, both have dual post set ups. All posts are being used hahaha. I can't imagine, at this point with the truck, loosing 4 connection points lol.

But, my side posts are for frame ground, start power, and winch +/- on the 2nd battery. The top posts are a cluster f*** of cables ahahaha

I like all the links, gotta save em for future stuff. Quality pieces that aren't already in my "electrical" drawer.

Might as well update, since I'm going to have to rewire, at least partially, to get the heater operating again, and the battery cables will be done at the same time, and I had started this thread.

I know, people hate the side terminals, and looking at what is available for components I can see why.

My idea now, since i have to deal with the battery cables anyway, is to run a single, short 2AWG positive cable to a junction near the battery. This will eliminate having multiple wires running directly to the battery terminal. I already have a junction on the core support (electric fans) but it's only being fed by a 12AWG pigtail off the battery terminal. Wiring to feed the auxiliary fuse panel (ECM, heater blower, etc), engine fans, and starter will all come off the junction block. Battery will go back to having two wires on it, as it should be.

I've had no discernible issues running everything as it is now (even with the falling-apart OEM aluminum negative battery cable), and I'm not adding load to the system, just (hopefully) simplifying and making it a bit more robust.
