ok ok back tot he tire thing again....are you running the rear tires in a diffrent direction than the front??if so why??
I was for a little while just to be silly I guess. After grooving them I have them on normal. I have seen some pics of guys running them backwards on the front. I guess it's the same reason some people do that with Boggers.
 
if i could pose my question again, are michelin XML's also regroveable? im seriously considering some of the 16" rim michelins, cuz they are reletively cheap and ought to last a long time. are the tires safe to run on road after groving them to get more life out of them?

Do you mean re-grooveable as it recutting the same tread pattern? Or as in some sort of custom grooving like I did? Because any tire could be custom grooved. I don't know if the XMLs are re-grooveable. I know the XLs are, down to another 3/8" IIRC.
