just got off the phone with them, there was one cabin left. 
I've only got the cabin for two nights (11th & 12th) and a tent site for the first night (10th).

They did tell me they plan on having a couple new cabin's installed before September. Not sure if they're booking those too, or waiting incase they fall thru. Something to keep in mind and ask about...
I have no idea what cabin we'll actually end up in. First pick is # 58, second is the handi-cabin # 52 and third is one of the older deluxe cabins. We're limited on which cabin we can be in because of the dogs. They did say they plan on allowing pets in more of the cabin's though.

Just FYI there are some trails that dogs are not allowed on, at least in EJS.
I know that's definitely true on park service land.
Are these going to be noted during registration or available on the website?
I'd have to look into it again. I know I asked my BLM contact about dogs and I thought it was just the usual keep them on a leash deal. I do think you are supposed pick up the poo and take it out with you.
Technically dogs aren't allowed at the city park but it hasn't been an issue.

I stopped in today ALL THE CABINS are booked. The other sites are still open. The woman told me that the Broncos are doing a invasion that week too!
If you want a spot here make reservations fast. The KOA south of Moab Rim is adding 12 more Deluxe Cabin! They have a bathroom with shower. Queen size bed, bunk beds. Flat screen TV, small fridge, microwave and AC and heat for your comfort and convenience. BYO bedding.

The Bronco group must not be properly permitting their event with the BLM because they won't permit 2 events on the same weekend.

Pissed off at Moab Rim RV Park
I placed a reservation with them in mid-February for one of the old deluxe cabins. I got a call from them today and they canceled my reservation.
@#$%!
It seems between the previous owner's and the new owner's reservation system, they overbooked the cabins and I came up short.
They offered me a 20% discount on a tent site, but the wife said not no, but &$!! no to tent camping. I got a regular cabin at Moab Valley. I am going to miss hanging out with folks and being able to stumble back to the cabin after a few barley pops. Oh well...
