Not a big block. And not gutted. At least not when I got it back. It has the 6.5 turbo diesel. I had nothing but problems out of the 6.5 when I had it. I didn’t know the right people at the time to help me keep it running right. That’s why I sold it back in February of 2015. Apparently, the guy I sold to to had some problems as well. It was found abandoned on some rental property. Hood was off and engine partially removed. It had been sitting that way for nearly 10 years. The 6.5 as well as the turbo were completely weather locked. There was less than 1000 miles put on the truck from the time I sold it.Damn that thing is sweet! I'm assuming big block? Or is it gutted? So cool to get it back.
That escalated quickly!
As well as a daily driver.Tow rig for the 99?
Shit Yeah!!! @obijuank5 needs in on this one.
Gonna try to keep it tame for now. Just need to get her on the road.I’m just gonna be a bad influence to add some gogo parts
I will certainly be asking you for ideas once I can make this thing go forward and backwards on its own. It’s super simple with just turbo injectors and timing to get silly with it. That’s still tame by most standards.
What transmission are you planning on?I will certainly be asking you for ideas once I can make this thing go forward and backwards on its own.
Afc live, 5x14, 20 degrees and a matching turbo will make that very fun to drive while still staying together on a full chili pull. About 450/900I will certainly be asking you for ideas once I can make this thing go forward and backwards on its own.
