Well, I put in my ford shock towers today.
Passenger side, couldn't get as high as I was hoping because of the ac box. Still ended up with 5" up travel and 9" droop.
frickin steering shaft on the drivers side was a pain in my ass. I ended up with 7 and 7, but I'm going to change lower shock mount to make it 5/9 and bring the shock more vertical.

Did you get your towers from a dealer? This thing looks sweet btw
that first pic looks like your shock is gonna bottom out way before the bumpstop stops it
yeah, ordering some new bumps in the morning....the gaps measure the same, but I'm sure the bumpstop would compress.

thanks, I've had these for a while, just been lazy about putting them on. I ordered them online somewhere.
How much travel are those shocks for? I'm curious the setup you have I plan on doing the same thing and wondering about clearances also.

FIRE!!! Ha No no don't do that. We have all been there before. Just need another beer or 2 an take a step back. Those shock mounts are sweet man! Looks good.
