My neighbor keeps writing on my car and K5.

I have had this problem for the past month and now it won't stop. A few weeks ago someone writes on the Marauders trunk (let's just say the writing was implying that I was a homosexual) and I wash the car and the problem was gone. This week someone writes on my K5's rear window with the same message. I wrote back saying that I love my gun. The next day that same jerk wrote on it saying "By gun I mean *penis."

I am pretty sure I know who it is and I know their landlord. I am writing a letter asking them to stop and am going to put it on the rear window. If that doesn't stop I don't know what to do.

This happens everytime I back up one of my vehicles into the driveway, never on the street and never when vehicle is pulled straight in. I need to back in because I am hiding the tag from the police because it's expired and I will get a new one today.

Any suggestions? Again I am 90% positive as to who this is coming from.
 
Lay under your truck, and when they come up to write, snash the heck out of their feet with a claw hammer! You could also try to get pictures of them and get them on vandalism charges, perhaps your K5 has been scratched by this person and needs a new paintjob.....??
 
Go knock on their door and when they answer, stand there with your hands on your hips, tap your toe and Glare at them before you flip your hair and walk away in a haughty manner to show you are ignoring them.

If that doesn't work, threaten to scratch their eyes out.

Why in the hell would they choose your vehicle to write on?
 
May not have to beat them down , just jumping out and scaring the living daylights out of them may make them piss their pants or have a heart attack , nobody drenched in piss is gonna **** with you anymore , especially after you take a pic of them and tape it all over the neighborhood :thumb:
 
That's Malicious Mischief here.. probably the same in AZ. You should make a report every time it happens, and if you can catch them in the act.. well it may mean a fine at the very least or a free ride depending on the amount of damage they do :wink1:

I'm sorry, anyone touching my rig or doing something to my rig that is not warranted is damage in my books. I say stake out time.
 
Confront the proposed offender without acts of violence unless provoked. Just the simple act of defending your property and letting them know you don't take that crap will most likely resolve the issue.

Sounds like a punk kid who just wants to get a rise out of ya. There must be a background story on this????

BTW, I chuckled on the "by gun I mean penis"
 
Have the police come out and take a report everytime it happens. This would be considered a hate crime which nowaday is taken very seriously. This person obviously has the balls to enter onto your property and deface it. Who knows what else he is capable of. If you do in fact have a weapon be all means keep it at the ready in case you may have to use it. Good Luck
 
Too bad your not in Texas. Law just passed you can defend your autos the same way you do your home. Call the cops and see what they do, they may not care, or the perp. may see a cops car there and see you mean buss.. Or just hang around and kick his ass!
 
Yes....it's a hate crime (based on the language)

That takes it to a whole new level, and becomes a whole lot more serious than simple vandalism. It could be really satisfying to catch the guy and let him learn why you don't joke around with "hate crime" jokes or language.

He'll be hating life...
 
I say set up a video camera to verify who it is and then confront them. If it continues I would call the cops (if thats your thing) or whoop the snot out of them (if thats your thing). If I caught someone messing with my property I would make them dance and tell them if they came back I would get them in the knee cap. (thats my thing)
 
I'm sorry about it, but writing a letter to them and posting it on the back of your car is kinda... well I won't say it. I remember doing some childish things as a kid and that would have been hilarious to see and make things worse for you.

If you want to leave a note, I'd leave it at their house (using their names if you know them). But don't put your name on it. If they are really the person doing it, they'll know who you are. If they happen to still live with their parents, it's even better since you can threaten their homeowners insurance with a vandalism claim and mommy and daddy will take care of it for you. Or mention their landlords name if mom and dad aren't there.

:haha::haha::haha: I say setup a camera then when you catch em take it to the police and let them deal with it.
 
I like the idea of a hide and seek night, but man it's getting cold here in Chicago. If they do it again I will go out of my way to get this person back, that is for sure. Thanks for the suggestions.
