my TRAZER build thread...take a gander

Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the only difference between non-hydroboost pumps and hydroboost pumps is the second return port.

well i think if that is the case im just going to drill a hole in the reservoir and put a nipple on there i can plug the hose onto

so ive decided im going to make a little to do list to keep myself on track....here goes

repair hole in the drivers side door sill.
paint inside of drivers door and put on.
build flatbed.
adapt later model hood hinges to cab.
vacuum lines.
adapt diesel hydroboost pump to 350?.
master cyl brake lines.
front and rear window rubbers.
paint.
windstar mounting and wiring.
fenders and hood.
front bumper.
transfer case.
axles.
driveshafts.
odds and ends.
inner cage and an outer hoop that ties into rear bumper.
bucket seats.
40" tsl's om h2 rims with staun :spelling: inflatable inner bead lock or h1 bead locks not recentered.
skys helicopter steering arms and crossover bar

:edit: is there anyway i can adapt that third line on hydroboost to a no hydro pump???????

add to the list

inboard rear shock xmember.
ford shock towers.
traction bar.
secondary transfer case support prior to doubler.

It was pretty cool, kinda tight for a fullsize but entertaining for sure. I managed to beat my truck up a little, shattered the passenger mirror, cracked both taillights, dented both rear quarters and the passenger door. I got the drivers tire almost to the tree trying to get the front end to slide around but with the rear welded it wouldn't go.

Yeah with something a little skinnier it wouldn't be bad. I haven't run fordyce but I have heard good things. My truck needs some work before I trust it to a decent trail like fordce or the rubicon. A locker in the front and a winch at the very least

I will probably just throw a lockrite in it. Its hard enough to steer as it is without hydro assist, I dont want to have to get out and unlock every time I want to turn.
