its mainly coming from inbetween the exhaust manifold and the head. so i think i need new manifold gaskets or its just burning crap off of it. much as it does if you spill oil on it

when the engine is running my oil pressure gauge is reading up at 60 is that bad? or am good just as long as it isnt at zero?

Generally speaking higher is better. If your motor is bone stock you might have a clog somewhere or a bad sending unit though. Stock pressure should be around 30 psi. If it's a rebuilt or aftermarket motor you probably have a high pressure oil pump.

looks good. Where and how are you mounting the lower side? How long of a shock are you running? My rears are limiting my flex right now and I am leaning towards just inboarding them

im mounting it inside and on the top of the C of the frame im gunna be running the bilsteins at all four corners. havent figured out what length yet but im not going to be going crazy with the angle because once you are past a certain amount of degrees the shock is basically useless. so ill just go slightly inward.
Yeah I got that part, where are you running the axle side? I am thinking of running mine on top of the u-bolt plate, then only about 6" or so inside the frame

im gunna put the bottom of the shock on the top of the axle about 2 or 3 inches from the inside of the springs. i dont really like the idea of putting the shock on the spring plate its kinda tacky in my mind and it just limits your droop the farther toward the wheel ya put it
I have seen it done clean, but more often then not it looks like ****(I am going for the clean approach). My theory is if I get it the 4" or so higher, even though its farther towards the wheel, it will get more droop

The higher you mount your shocks, the shorter they need to be or you have to mount them at more of an angle. I mounted mine even with the bottom of the axle tube (to get the most length and smallest angle) just inboard of the springs.

youre building 70 body style trazer right? i way rather would have liked to build one in that body style but i didnt see any for good prices

oh yea i forget to tell you. weld your front and dont look back its awesome. the only place it sucks is street and who the heck drive in 4 wheel drive on the street? if you have crossover i dont think youll feel to big of a difference at all
