You can see where the new rock panel is, the new rockers will 45* down to the frame from that 2x4 box tubing. My training wheels are what hold me up the most so all that stuff is going away.

Well thats how it sits today. Going to finish the boat siding today hopefully. Also, haven't acquired any "new" rear doors yet so I'm not going to bother making 1/2 doors out of mine, just wait till I get some straight ones to start with.

Other plans include: 4 link the front and move the front axle forward 8", new rear bed and rear axle moved forward a bit, new exo, new internal cage, PRP seats (4 of them), and full hydro steering.

All has to be done by March 1st for a run... Wish me luck!

Looks good from the front, I really like how you took the fenders/grill in.

:saweet:

move the front axle out 8"? what wheelbase are we talking? I'm sure its for approach angle and firewall clearance but damn :D

I said I was moving the rear axle forward as well, how much? Thats a secret

Looks good Jason, how are you gonna do lighting? are we going to see a fullcamo paint sceme now?

Looking awesome, cant wait to see it finished.

And since you wont tell us how much you are moving your rear axle forward, can you answer this. Are you gonna be cutting up the rear of the cab or are you still gonna clear?.

this is hot. Im getting ready to do all this stuff to a standard cab 2wd 88 1ton p/u, after i swap in a front axle and ive really been scratching my head over the taper job on the front. i like the way you did it. if you have any more detailed pics that would be fantastic.

Wow, Jason, you're a busy little fellow...

And I can remember when that truck was bone stock... :p: Hope I get to see it in person this spring. :cool1: Great job so far! :waytogo:

Oh man, you are amazing. I can remember when it was a nice clean late model with a SFA. I'm not sure if it's "hard core" (hard core what is another discussion ;) ) or just "nuts". :rotfl: Looking good, wish I had your budget AND energy! Either way, "two thumbs WAY up"!
