My trucks winter build at a glance...

Actually it was an N64, I miss that thing... Think I wanna add one to the Dodge now, I miss playing it in the school parking lot when I didn't feel like going to class :D

It may have been 2wd but all that did was make me hit stuff harder to bounce up and over instead of crawl...

Looking good Jason, are you going to have clearance issues with the stock hook or is it going to work? Are you striping out alot of the interior or sticking with stock?

Not alot of progress today but I got my goal accomplished!

Got the truck off the jackstands...

I had to get this done today. I put the rear shocks/coils on the front so I could measure the amount of compression in the springs so I could calculate the sprung weight of the truck on each corner so I could order the coils for the front. Got all that ordered along with seats and shocks and will be picking it up from Poly Performance on Monday. I love it when a plan comes together :D

Well fellas, heres todays progress:

Got axle truss?

Got the old core support mounts cut off the frame and narrowed the core support to follow the tubing in the engine compartment:

And the cable shifters for the 205 came today!

1/4 heims on each end, 130 pounds of push/pull ability, and 3" of travel, should work quite nicely. I may end up selling this setup as a kit if it works out right 8)

Looking good Jason. Are you trying to make TDS? When I lived in B-town they had pressure wash car washes :D . My hats off to ya that a boat load of work youve taken on. I have next week off on vacation if you need help one or two days next week. I will be leaving for TDS on Fri unless my wife decides she isnt going then it will be Wed, but I am taking the truck and trailer with a couple of quads.

very interested to see if that 205 shift kit works for you. Cable shifters are the bomb.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to have the front clip's exo cage done and maybe, just maybe the boat siding plated in. Then monday I pick up a bunch of parts and it should start coming together.

Hope to test drive on Weds.

It seems you do more work in a day then I have done on my truck to this date!! Props to you :waytogo:

Welp, I couldn't handle it anymore, had to get something to eat so here I am with a lunch break update.

"Bumper" is done along with fairlead mounts, it's all 3/8" plate so I doubt it's going anywhere:

You amaze me Jason. You get so much more done in a day that I can manage. I guess I'm just getting too old...

Anyway, looks FANTASTIC! Or at least that's the closest I can get to expressing what I think in typed words. <bow>
