I was just going to runthe radiator up front with some tube, but I said hell with it,and cut the core support up.
I used 1 bolt for each fender had to cut a notch out on the fender and drill a hole.I decided it wouldnt be that strong with one bolt holding it on,if I took a direct hit to a rock,so I joined the fenders together with 2 big long pieces of threaded rod,on both sides of the radiator, plus 2 going from the core support to the firewall it works good, dosent look bad, plus you can hang wires and such from them. The hood was the hardest getting a straight line cut.
my sawzall is M.I.A so I used a cutoff wheel /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif
it looks pretty good except for the fact it looks like ray charles cut it /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
