National Get together of K-5s (EAST Coast) July 2007 UPDATED 4-10-07!

I'm the one that took over their site. I'm still waiting on updated maps from Lynn to post on the site :O}

That new ridge (Trail O) is located on trail C, out between cv trail and Yellow Jacket ridge. It's on the same side as CV trail. If you get to peek at the East Property's map, it will be the just off of the far bottom left green trail.

Give me a few hours to snag the map and post it here.

Here's an updated map of the East Property. It's the one I'm using for testing info-pops for the trails.

Look to the lower left of the map, there's a green box approximating the new ridge and trail. They've only been open for a cpl weeks.

thanks. :waytogo: I'll gladly bring my truck over there at the end of the day to test it out. I've been told I'm entertaining to watch. :rolleyes:

Well, you'll be mumblin explatives on that new ridge. It's a workout just getting to the base of it.

There's actually two trail heads for it. One starts with an entrance that if you have a hard time with it, then for sure you should think twice about going any further. That goes for anyone trying it... the trail to the base of the ridge is black/red and it gets worse when you point the nose to the sky :O}

My group cut a long green trail that goes right by the base so that if anyone breaks anything, or has to bail, they can get out without having to deal with the base trail.

Check out R.C.'s forums under trail discussions. Look for "Trail O" thread. There's some photos there that might peak your interest

if this is O trail, expect to see me on it.:D

looks like fun.

I've seen that trail up close and trust me, the pics do NOT do it justice. You're in for a workout just getting to that climb.. lol

I believe you. I know pictures make everything look easy. But I'm definitely up for the challenge, and based on that picture it looks hard.
